As we embark on expanding our business, we are looking for a driven **Sales Executive** to join our team and help elevate our customer experience. We are seeking someone with industry experience who can generate ideas to improve operations while following all our processes meticulously.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their eyewear needs and offer personalized recommendations.
- Drive sales by providing top-tier customer service and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring a clean, organized, and premium environment.
- Suggest business improvement strategies and innovative ways to enhance operations.
- Adhere to all systems, processes, and operational guidelines to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to align with the brand’s goals and values.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in the eyewear, fashion retail, or luxury sales industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to follow operational guidelines and adapt to new processes quickly.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving skills and an eye for improvement.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Passionate about the eyewear industry and staying updated with trends.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
