Job Role: Retail Store Executive/Sr. ExecutiveLocation : Bandra, mumbaiCompany : A Jewellery Retail StoreSalary : up to 60,000 per month (depends on experience)The Store Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for customers. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewelry, explaining product features, and maintaining the store’s visual and operational standards.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer ServiceGreet customers warmly and assist them in choosing jewelry based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewelry.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge & DisplayStay updated on the latest jewelry trends, collections, and pricing.Ensure products are displayed attractively and securely in showcases.Maintain stock accuracy by assisting in daily inventory checks and stock management.Billing & DocumentationHandle billing, receipts, and payment processes accurately.Ensure compliance with all store policies and security procedures.Assist in maintaining sales reports and customer databases.Store Upkeep & TeamworkMaintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and showcases.Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.Participate in promotional events, festivals, and exhibitions as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.Experience: 1+ years of experience in retail jewelry sales .Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Fluency in English and local language.
