**Roll Summary** - Attend walk-in customers and understand their needs. - Explain products, features, and offers to customers and close sales. - Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure product display standards. - Generate and maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports. - Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business. - Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently. **KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES** - Customer engagement and product demonstration. - Visual merchandising and inventory upkeep. - Billing, sales entry, and reporting accuracy. - Follow company SOPs for store operations. - Support team during peak hours and events. **KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS** - Monthly Sales Achievement vs Target (%). - Conversion Ratio (Walk-in to Sales). - Average Bill Value (ABV). - Customer Retention & Feedback Score. - Attendance and Punctuality Record. **REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS** - Strong Sales Acumen - Good Communication Skill - Retail Knowledge of Branded Products - Preferably from a background in luxury goods or high-end retail - Proficient in MS Office - 1-2 years of Experience - Experience in luxury or high-end retail environment - Knowledge of eyewear, watches, or fashion accessories **ATTITUDE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION** - Customer-first mindset and professional appearance - Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude - Team player with strong integrity - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Punctual and disciplined with store operations Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - List the brands you have worked for **Experience**: - Eyewear Sales: 1 year (required) - Customer handling: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
