Role Overview

Be the primary technical partner for prospects at Zuper. You'll uncover needs, configure demo sandboxes, deliver tailored demos/POCs, and coordinate cross-functionally to drive successful evaluations and clean handoffs to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Sales team to discover client requirements and map them to Zuper's solutions.
  • Configure and manage demo sandboxes, including modules, sample data, workflows, and integrations based on prospect scenarios.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations; support proof-of-concepts (POCs) when required.
  • Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical and commercial details.
  • Track all presales activities, meeting notes, and pipeline updates in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Create and maintain reusable demo templates, scripts, and sample data; continuously improve them based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams on timelines and deliverables.
  • Contribute to sales collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI analyses.
  • Stay updated on Zuper's product roadmap, competitor offerings, and overall market trends.
  • Ensure smooth post-win transitions to the implementation team.
  • Occasionally, provide product context in expansion or upsell conversations (not a core responsibility).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related.
  • 1–3 years in Pre-sales / Solutions Engineering / Solution Consulting (preferably SaaS) with direct client-facing experience.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication; strong storytelling.
  • Ability to translate requirements into actionable business/technical solutions and configure software to workflows.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and proposal prep.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, disciplined in documentation and follow-through.

Good to Have

  • Field service or workflow-heavy SaaS exposure (scheduling, dispatch, work orders, mobile workforce).
  • Hands-on POC/sandbox setup, basic integrations, familiarity with APIs/webhooks, and simple data mapping (CSV/JSON).
