Key Responsibilities

  • Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, proposals, presentations, and demos for prospective

clients across domains.

  • Collaborate with Delivery and Practice leaders to design solution blueprints,

develop effort estimates, and prepare project execution plans.

  • Create and manage reusable sales assets including case studies, solution templates,

and pitch decks to accelerate sales cycles.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop differentiators and strengthen

value propositions.

  • Partner with the sales team to support contract negotiations, providing technical and

functional inputs.

  • Engage with state and local government RFPs in the USA, customizing solutions to

meet compliance and industry requirements.

  • Develop thought leadership content and represent Kyyba in industry forums or client

workshops as required.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members in pre-sales solutioning processes.

  • 812 years of experience in IT services pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting roles.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale RFPs for state and local governments

(USA focus).

  • Strong knowledge of digital app development, cloud, data and AI services;

exposure to ERP (SAP/Oracle) preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to design solutions, write proposals, and deliver compelling

presentations to senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with ability to balance business objectives with

technical feasibility.

  • End-to-end RFP process management experience.
  • Leadership experience in building and guiding a pre-sales or solutioning team

(preferred).
