Job Role:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound enquiries.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and project fit.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm site visits with customers.
  • Maintain timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and closure.
  • Update lead status regularly in CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Achieve monthly lead qualification and site-visit targets.

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills and strong follow-up ability.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Presales / Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales (preferred).
  • Ability to engage customers, handle queries, and pitch projects effectively.
  • Basic understanding of residential real estate (added advantage).
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume calling.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
