**Position Title**: Telesales /CRM support

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tele sales and related experience with BPO, Insurance presales, Holiday package presales preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills over the phone.
- Shall be conversant with basic MS office tools like word and excel in preparing

reports.
- Familiar in handling simple call management software and dashboard preferred but not compulsory.
- Should work on daily call volume targets and prepare lead and call reports daily.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
