Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at CredValue Developers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue by generating leads, closing sales, and building client relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell real estate projects.

· Convert leads into sales by explaining product features and benefits.

· Follow up with prospects to ensure closure of sales.

· Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM software.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

· Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.

· Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and client meetings.

Requirements:

· 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

· Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

· Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
