We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Administration Intern to support day-to-day HR and admin activities at our Khopoli site. The ideal candidate will assist with documentation, attendance, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and facility-related administrative work.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Support in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities of new hires.
  • Help coordinate recruitment activities sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.
  • Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Support payroll documentation and statutory compliance tracking.
  • Assist with performance appraisal documentation and HR reports.
  • Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.

Administration:

  • Support general office administration at the Khopoli site.
  • Manage stationery, housekeeping coordination, and facility upkeep.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and local purchase requests.
  • Support in maintaining visitor records, gate passes, and security documentation.
  • Handle courier, communication, and basic logistical tasks.
