Greetings from The Raigad Group Interested Candidates can share their CV on hr trg theraigadgroup com or whatsapp on 8600146317 Job Overview We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in import-export documentation and working knowledge of Tally The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end documentation and accounting processes related to international trade operations at our Khopoli office Key Responsibilities Import Export Documentation Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents such as invoices packing lists bills of lading shipping bills etc Coordinate with freight forwarders CHAs shipping lines and customs for timely dispatch and clearance Track and manage documentation compliance for both import and export consignments Maintain up-to-date records of all trade transactions Accounting Tally Record journal entries related to import export transactions in Tally ERP Reconcile vendor payments duty payments and freight invoices Assist in preparing GST filings and other statutory compliance related to imports exports Handle bank documentation for LC advance payments and remittance advice Coordination Liaise with the procurement and logistics team to ensure smooth flow of goods Support audits and internal documentation reviews as required Required Qualifications Skills Education B Com M Com or related qualification in Finance Accounts Experience Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role Skills Proficient in Tally ERP Sound knowledge of export import documentation processes Understanding of GST duty structures and basic accounting principles Good communication and coordination abilities Preferred Experience in a manufacturing export-import-based company Working knowledge of Excel and email correspondence with suppliers logistics agents Salary As per industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
