About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Administration Intern to support our day-to-day HR and administrative operations at the Khopoli site and/or Belapur office. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in HR processes, documentation, recruitment coordination, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to support the Head HR for factory operations.
- Assist in onboarding and completing joining formalities for new hires.
- Support recruitment activities including resume sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates.
- Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and timesheets for staff and labour.
- Assist in preparing payroll documentation and tracking statutory compliance.
- Help in preparation of HR reports and factory-related documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement and welfare initiatives for factory and office employees.
Administration:
- Support daily administrative functions at the Khopoli site.
- Manage office supplies, housekeeping coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in vendor coordination, local purchase requests, and follow-ups.
- Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, and security documentation.
- Handle couriers, communication, and basic logistical tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration / Management Studies.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labour administration preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to factory (Khopoli) if required.
