**Job Description**:
Your Task
- Administrative and project-related support
- Planning and organizing business trips and preparing travel expense reports
- Processing and coordination of appointments, workshops and events internally and externally
- Calendar management and tracking of tasks and deadlines
- Support and responsibility for defined project-related task
- Organizing / protocol Staff meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years experience in a relevant position
- Fluent English knowledge
- Teamplayer, flexible, communicative, proactive, organizational skills
- Independent and flexible way of working
- Very good time and self-management, high reliability and organizational skills.
