Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the IT domain.
- Generate leads through various channels such as Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Manage client communications and nurture long-term professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within an IT company.
- Hands-on experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of lead generation and deal closure in the IT domain.
- Strong understanding of IT services like web/app development, cloud, or custom software solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales and international client acquisition.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Awareness of current IT market trends and emerging technologies.
