About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in frontend and backend web development to lead and manage multiple projects across our jewelry and e-commerce technology verticals. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the entire development lifecycle — from planning and execution to delivery — while coordinating with developers, designers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution — from requirement gathering to final deployment.
  • Oversee frontend / ) and backend (Laravel) development teams.
  • Manage timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct sprint planning, progress tracking, and daily stand-ups.
  • Identify potential project risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Review code quality and ensure development best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers for seamless frontend integration and functionality.
  • Coordinate testing, QA, and post-deployment support.
  • Prepare reports and updates for leadership on project status and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a software or tech company.
  • Proven hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , and API integration.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git), project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Asana), and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with jewelry or e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹50,000.00 per month
