Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, construction, quality).
  • Assist in defining scope, resources, and deliverables.

2. Technical Support & Engineering

  • Provide technical expertise during design and execution phases.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Ensure engineering solutions meet codes, standards, and project requirements.

3. Procurement & Material Management

  • Prepare material requisitions and technical evaluations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Verify material quality and compliance with specifications.

4. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Support site teams in daily construction activities.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to design and safety standards.
  • Resolve technical issues encountered at the site.

5. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Conduct inspections and verify that work complies with QA/QC standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation of tests, inspections, and certifications.

6. Cost & Budget Management

  • Monitor project expenses and maintain cost control.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and progress invoices.

7. Safety Management

  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
  • Participate in safety audits and risk assessments on site.

8. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain proper project documentation—drawings, reports, approvals, etc.
  • Track project milestones and highlight delays or issues.

9. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Present technical information and progress updates.
  • Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.

10. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify issues early and propose practical engineering solutions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
