Overview:

We are seeking an AI Engineer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, applying AI techniques to real-world problems, and collaborating across teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI/ML models to solve real-world problems.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to preprocess, clean, and analyze data.
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models.
  • Deploy models into production using frameworks like TensorFlow Serving, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Continuously monitor and improve model performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning projects.
  • Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Experience with version control tools like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with large language models or generative AI is a plus.
