**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management**
- Manage operations across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to secure better visibility and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for growth.

**D2C Channel Management**
- Oversee Alpino’s own website operations, ensuring timely order processing and excellent user experience.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and quarterly sale events to boost revenue.
- Coordinate with marketing for digital campaigns and brand visibility across D2C channels.

**Customer Experience & Support**
- Drive improvements in customer satisfaction by implementing automation and AI-based solutions in support systems.
- Work closely with the support team to resolve escalations and improve service levels.

**Operational Excellence**
- Ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of orders across all sales channels.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

**Strategy & Innovation**
- Identify emerging e-commerce trends and leverage them for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute new projects and automation initiatives.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 4+ years in e-commerce operations or marketplace management, preferably in FMCG or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, operations, and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with AI-based automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and performance analysis.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
