Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Operations & Website Management
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the brand's D2C website (Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent).
  • Ensure all product listings, images, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, especially for perishable items.
  • Oversee website functionality and integrations with CRM, payment, and logistics tools.
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to implement website enhancements and new features.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Own and deliver on monthly online revenue and sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions to improve conversion and AOV.
  • Implement effective discounting and bundling strategies relevant to F&B purchase behavior.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and insights for management.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, email, and influencer channels.
  • Ensure campaign assets and product links are properly configured and tracked.
  • Coordinate product launches, seasonal offers, and festivals to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Track and report campaign ROI and traffic performance.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Manage order-to-delivery experience and proactively address customer queries, delays, or complaints.
  • Work with the customer service team to improve response time and satisfaction scores.
  • Support CRM, email, and WhatsApp marketing to improve retention and repeat purchase rates.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product reviews to enhance service quality and product presentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination across all e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers (couriers, marketplaces, tech vendors) to ensure reliable operations.
  • Manage marketplace listings (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, etc.) to complement D2C performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience managing e-commerce operations — ideally in a D2C food, beverage, or FMCG brand.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and e-commerce dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales analytics, and customer journey optimization.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for food, wellness, and consumer experience.
