IT Project Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a self-motivated Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. They act as the bridge between the development team, clients, and stakeholders, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from start to finish. This role involves a range of tasks including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk analysis, and change management.

Experience: 5-10 years with strong project planning, leadership qualities, team building, resource management and aligning the client expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Project Planning & Budgeting: Defined project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements; developed and managed budgets to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Scheduling & Time Management: Created and maintained detailed project schedules, monitored task progress, and ensured timely completion while proactively resolving potential bottlenecks.
• Risk Management: Identified, assessed, and mitigated project risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.
• Change Management: Effectively handled scope changes and evolving requirements, maintaining project alignment with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Led cross-functional development teams, efficiently allocated resources, fostered collaboration, and motivated team members to achieve high performance.
• Quality Assurance: Oversaw QA processes to ensure software deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Served as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managed expectations, and provided consistent updates on project status, fostering transparency and trust.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of software development processes, technologies, and best practices, with a proven track record of managing full life cycle web and mobile application development projects.
• Agile Methodologies: Experienced in Agile project management frameworks; Scrum Master certification preferred. Skilled in iterative development, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders and facilitate clear project updates.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Experience partnering with design teams to ensure user-centric development. Familiarity with design principles and usability best practices.
• Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities: Adept at identifying challenges, analyzing issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Risk Management: Skilled in anticipating potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively.
• Generative AI (GenAI) Experience: Knowledge of GenAI technologies and experience integrating GenAI features into modern web and mobile applications is a strong plus.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Technology, Masters in Computer Application
