Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Architect to lead the design, development, and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset to shape innovative, functional, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process from concept to execution.
  • Develop and review architectural plans, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design intent and project goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers.
  • Perform site visits and provide oversight during construction phases.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and feasibility studies to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Registered Architect (RA) or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Minimum 2.5 years of architectural design and project management experience.
  • Strong portfolio of completed projects (commercial, residential, or institutional).
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LEED accreditation or knowledge of green building practices.
  • Experience in managing large-scale or international projects.
  • Familiarity with BIM processes and 3D visualization tools.
