We are a fast-growing EdTech and Training organization committed to delivering high-quality technical and professional training programs across colleges and corporates. We're looking for a dedicated Operations & Office Administrator to support daily administrative and coordination tasks at our Banaswadi office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments.
- Maintain student and trainer records, attendance, and schedules.
- Assist in communication with clients, trainers, and vendors.
- Support in preparing reports, documents, and maintaining data in Excel or ERP tools.
- Oversee office inventory, logistics, and general administrative duties.
- Coordinate event or training-related arrangements when required.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCom, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
