Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage daily office operations, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle courier dispatches, documentation, and inward/outward logistics.
  • Maintain attendance, petty cash, and office expense records.
  • Coordinate with different departments for admin and operational needs.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, handling calls, and maintaining office documentation.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer and distributor calls for queries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Support the sales and order management teams by updating customers on order status or dispatches.
  • Record and escalate customer issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and share daily customer support and admin reports.
  • Ensure a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication tone at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in admin, coordination, or customer support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
