Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Handle courier dispatches, documentation, and inward/outward logistics.
- Maintain attendance, petty cash, and office expense records.
- Coordinate with different departments for admin and operational needs.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, handling calls, and maintaining office documentation.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer and distributor calls for queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Support the sales and order management teams by updating customers on order status or dispatches.
- Record and escalate customer issues to relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and share daily customer support and admin reports.
- Ensure a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication tone at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in admin, coordination, or customer support roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
