About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Operations Executive to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our Head Office. The ideal candidate will act as the central coordination point for all branches/centres, ensuring smooth communication, timely reporting, and efficient administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Coordination
- Coordinate daily operations between the Head Office and all centres.
- Ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and smooth communication across teams.
- Assist in monitoring centre activities, requirements, and operational needs.
Administration & Documentation
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documents.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, correspondence, and operational paperwork.
- Prepare and maintain operations-related reports as required by management.
Finance Support
- Handle petty cash with complete responsibility and accountability.
- Maintain proper logs, receipts, and reconciliation for petty cash usage.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and centre heads.
- Ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, email handling).
- Prior experience in administration or operations preferred.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and professionalism.
