Job Description: Sales Associate Lenskart Store

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lenskart store team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their eyewear needs, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
  • Explain product features, offers, and lens benefits
  • Perform basic eye tests/vision checkups (after training)
  • Maintain store hygiene, display, and inventory
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
  • Handle billing, customer orders, and after-sales support

Training:

  • Mandatory 18 days of functional training at white field bangalore
  • Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service & eye testing
  • Salary starts from Day 1 of training

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Customer-friendly attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 12th pass with 1 year of experience, OR
  • Graduation completed (Fresher can apply)
