Job Summary:
We seek a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads and drive business growth through cold calling, emails, and online platforms.
*This role requires working in US time zones to engage with international clients.
The role involves identifying client needs, presenting our IT services, and building lasting relationships to support our sales team and overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, online platforms, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.
- Engage with prospects to introduce our software development services and understand their business needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries.
- Communicate persuasively with international clients, presenting our solutions effectively.
- Schedule meetings for senior managers with prospects.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase our software capabilities and value proposition.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage communications, and update client data.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align strategies and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software for lead tracking and client management.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex IT solutions and explain their benefits.
- Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
