Job Title: Business Development Executive - Intern

Department: Client Acquisition & Resource Supply

Location: Anywhere in India [WFH]

Intern candidates need to have their own laptop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across industries.

  • Promote and explain company services and resources to prospe- cts.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

  • Maintain sales reports and client interaction records.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (pursuing or completed).

Experience: Fresher or candidates with prior internship experience preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Positive attitude and client-centric approach.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of IT services/HR solutions will be an added advantage.

Benefits:

  • Candidate will get 10k - 20k stipend for initial 6 months, after completing the internship Salary will be based on performance.

  • Performance bonus with no bar.
