Job Title: Business Development Executive - Intern
Department: Client Acquisition & Resource Supply
Location: Anywhere in India [WFH]
Intern candidates need to have their own laptop.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients across industries.
Promote and explain company services and resources to prospe- cts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain sales reports and client interaction records.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (pursuing or completed).
Experience: Fresher or candidates with prior internship experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and client-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of IT services/HR solutions will be an added advantage.
Benefits:
Candidate will get 10k - 20k stipend for initial 6 months, after completing the internship Salary will be based on performance.
Performance bonus with no bar.
