Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead nurturing.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to promote company products/services.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
  • Prepare and share sales reports with management for performance tracking and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is plus.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.
