Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead nurturing.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions to promote company products/services.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and lead information.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation campaigns.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare and share sales reports with management for performance tracking and forecasting.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales-driven environment.
