Sales Executive – Travel Sales (On-site, Jaipur)
Location: Bhamashah Techno Hub, Sansthan Path, Jhalana Gram, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan | Work Type: On-site, 6 days/week (Monday off) | Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Compensation: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + incentives | Total Earnings Potential: ₹25,000–₹40,000/month (based on performance)

Role Overview
We're seeking driven Sales Executives (Travel Sales) to convert travel leads into confirmed bookings.You'll handle inbound inquiries from travelers, qualify prospects, craft and customize itineraries, and ensure delightful trip planning experiences.
This is a high-impact, on-site role designed for communicators who thrive on client interaction, follow-through, and result ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, CRM, and IVR.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable travel itineraries.
- Customize packages across destinations (Andaman, Goa, Leh, Kerala, etc.).
- Maintain structured follow-ups and transparent communication.
- Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates for all client interactions.
- Collaborate with operations and vendor teams for seamless fulfillment.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and booking conversion metrics.
Performance Indicators
- Monthly lead volume: qualified leads per executive (post-CRM automation)
- Average conversion rate: 5–6%
- Monthly booking target: 15–30 confirmed trips
- Revenue contribution: ₹7.5–₹15 Lakhs/month
- Lead-to-proposal conversion: 45–50%
- Raw Lead-to-booking conversion: 3–7% combined
Incentive Structure (Transparent)
- ₹300–₹500 per confirmed booking
- Quarterly performance bonus: ₹5,000 on meeting aggregate conversion & NPS goals
- Opportunity to earn ₹25,000–₹40,000/month total (base + incentives)
Ideal Candidate
- 0–2 years of experience in B2C sales (travel, edtech, fintech, or hospitality preferred)
- Excellent English and Hindi communication; persuasive, empathetic tone
- Confident handling calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, and email communication
- Skilled in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, and Excel
- Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and teamwork
Career Path
- Proven performers progress to Senior Sales Executive / Team Lead within 6–12 months.
