**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
**1. Client Acquisition**:

- Turn leads into signed projects through engaging client interactions and compelling proposal development.
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline and achieve monthly targets for signed projects.

**2. Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients aligned with our expertise and service offerings.
- Implement innovative lead generation strategies to consistently uncover new business opportunities.

**3. Relationship Management**:

- Foster strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Exceed client expectations, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

**4. Market Intelligence and Analysis**:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Contribute valuable insights through industry reports, presentations, and participation in events.

**5. Team Collaboration and Contribution**:

- Actively contribute to internal projects and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Share knowledge and insights through engaging presentations and training sessions.
- Provide vital support for various business development activities, ensuring a collective push towards success.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development with a knack for exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
