We are seeking a driven and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our growing Strategy & Management Consulting team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating, and securing new business opportunities within our core strategic practice areas.

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients facing strategic and management challenges.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, attending industry events, and utilizing data-driven prospecting tools.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target organizations.

**Client Engagement and Qualification**:

- Lead initial client conversations to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop compelling value propositions and service offerings tailored to address specific client challenges.
- Qualify leads and assess their fit for our firm's expertise.

**Proposal Development and Presentation**:

- Collaborate with consultants to develop winning proposals that showcase our firm's capabilities and demonstrate value to potential clients.
- Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address client concerns.

**Negotiation and Deal Closing**:

- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes for both our firm and the client.
- Maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle and manage expectations effectively.

**Team Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with consultants, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and project execution.

**Qualification**:.
- Strong understanding of the strategy and management consulting landscape, including key trends and competitor offerings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to market research and lead generation.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
