We have an urgent requirement for Regional Manager Business Operations (Operational Excellence) position with India's leading Business Services Company providing Logistics & Technology Solutions to Banks, Financial Institutions, organized retail, and e-commerce companies with a presence across Cash Logistics, Managed Services, and Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

Overall P&L management of the region

Spearheading end-to-end Operations for the region for all the businesses.

Conceptualize strategizing & implement them on the ground to drive Logistics operations, maintenance and route optimization

Identifying & managing risk factors for smooth operations which includes infrastructure, like manpower, vehicles, trunks, Vaults etc

Resource planning and manpower deployment (Daily, Weekly and monthly) including for peak periods and as per SLAs

Playing key role in business expansion projects, focus on cost optimization initiatives, delivery speed and customer experience improvements

Provide efficient and effective customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.

Ensuring compliances and process adherence as per SOPs and part of audits at the ground level.

  • Strong stakeholder management up to CXO level
