Job Summary:

GAIAN ETECHNO SERVICES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Ads Manager and SEO Specialist to lead digital marketing efforts for our IT training institute and our digital marketing agency's clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, performance marketing, SEO, and social media marketing (SMM). This role requires a results-driven professional who can create and optimize campaigns to drive leads and enhance online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to attract students and clients.

● Optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and achieve performance goals.

● Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings on search engines.

● Monitor and analyze website traffic, ad performance, and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.

● Manage social media marketing (SMM) campaigns, including content planning and ad placements on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

● Collaborate with the graphic designer and marketing team to create compelling ad content and landing pages.

● Provide regular reports on campaign performance, SEO progress, and recommendations for improvement.

● Stay updated on digital marketing trends, Google algorithm changes, and best practices in ads and SEO.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

● 3-5 years of experience in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

● Proven track record of running successful ad campaigns and improving SEO rankings.

● Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.

● Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.

● Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.

● Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation strategies.

● Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
