  • Develop and implement branding strategies to build and enhance the company's image across online and offline channels.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, graphics, and videos for marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage the company website, ensuring regular updates, SEO optimization, and content alignment with brand goals.
  • Coordinate with design and creative agencies for branding materials, promotional videos, and digital creatives.
  • Support offline branding initiatives such as hoardings, brochures, events, and health camp promotions.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or social media management (healthcare or service industry preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM tools, and Analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools (basic design skills preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and digital trends.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with teams.
