  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating, scheduling, and optimizing posts.
  • Perform SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) activities to increase website visibility.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate with design teams for creating banners, creatives, and video content for promotions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing ideas.

Content Writing:

  • Create compelling and original content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Write SEO-friendly articles, landing pages, and ad copies.
  • Develop engaging captions, taglines, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand identity.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, Journalism, or related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and content writing (experience in healthcare or service sector preferred).
  • Strong command of English grammar and creative writing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM tools, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
