We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Executive
to join our marketing team and drive growth through effective digital strategies, campaigns, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, etc.).
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
  • Drive community management – respond to queries, comments, and engage with the audience in real-time.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign launches, events, CSR activities, and brand initiatives.
  • Work closely with paid ads team to support boosted campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
