Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive
to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with the online community in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing strategies and goals.
  • Plan and execute social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong writing, communication, and creativity skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
