Overview-

We are seeking a Quality and Audit Executive to uphold and enhance the quality standards of our operations. The role involves monitoring customer interactions, reviewing all communications (calls, texts, emails, chats), and ensuring consistent adherence to company guidelines. This individual will play a crucial role in evaluating processes, identifying gaps, and recommending actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities -

Monitor, audit, and review customer interactions, including calls, texts, emails, and chat conversations.

Evaluate the quality of communication to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to product knowledge.

Collaborate with management to identify and rectify errors in communication or processes.

Assist in implementing quality management systems to maintain high operational standards.

Analyze feedback and interactions to improve customer satisfaction.

Verify customer records for accuracy and compliance.

Ensure healthcare industry guidelines as instructed by the company and internal standards are consistently met.

Qualifications & Skills -

Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience: 1-5 years in quality assurance, audits, or compliance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Certifications: Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Strong command of English and Hindi (both verbal and written).

Proficiency in auditing calls, emails, texts, and chats.

Good listening skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
