Here are typical job descriptions:Planning & Documentation Specialist Develops project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies while creating and maintaining all associated documentation. Responsibilities include drafting project charters, maintaining status reports, documenting processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, ), and excellent written communication abilities.Business Planning Analyst - Documentation Supports strategic planning initiatives by researching, analyzing, and documenting business processes, market conditions, and operational workflows. Creates planning documents, maintains project databases, and produces regular reporting dashboards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and document decision-making processes.Project Planning Coordinator Manages planning activities for multiple projects while ensuring comprehensive documentation throughout project lifecycles. Develops work breakdown structures, maintains project repositories, creates meeting minutes, and tracks deliverables. Often serves as the central point for project communication and knowledge management.Strategic Planning & Documentation Manager Senior role overseeing planning processes and documentation standards across departments.
