
Sr. Business Development Executive

- A Senior Business Development Executive in Delhi handling Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in these loan segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PL, BL, HL, and LAP through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline of leads and grow the customer base.
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings, clearly explain product benefits, and assist customers in completing documentation and application processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, compliance) for smooth loan processing, approval, and disbursal.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set for the respective loan segments.
- Maintain sales reports and data to provide regular updates to management and support business strategy.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotional events, and community outreach to generate new leads.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate/MBA with 2–5 years experience in business development or loan sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling abilities.
- Proven track record in meeting targets and growing multi-product loan portfolios.
- Good knowledge of PL, BL, HL, LAP loan products, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
