Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee appraisals, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards for management review.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or relevant HR role (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45, ₹65,000.00 per month
