Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate will have an IT background and a passion for supporting our employees in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in managing HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of IT candidates.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.

  • Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.

  • Performance Management:

  • Assist in implementing performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.

  • Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills in IT-related areas.

  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Assist in updating and communicating HR policies to employees.

  • Administrative Support:

  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.

  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT environment.

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of IT industry standards and roles.

  • Experience with employee engagement initiatives.

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.

Working Conditions:

  • Night shift hours 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
