Job Title: HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the overall HR functions, including policy formulation, implementation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR laws and proven experience in creating and enforcing HR policies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner with leadership to identify HR needs and develop strategic HR plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, labor compliance, and statutory regulations.
  • Hands-on experience in policy creation, implementation, and enforcement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
