Role Overview

The B2B Distribution Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and closing new B2B distribution partners including travel agencies, wholesalers, consolidators, and technology platforms.

This role requires complete ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting and first contact to pitching, commercial negotiation, and final contract closure.

It is a goal-driven role with clearly defined weekly KPIs and revenue outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

Identify potential B2B travel partners across targeted domestic and international markets.

Reach out via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, industry events, and networking circles.

Secure intro calls, qualify leads, and move them into the sales pipeline.

2. Pitching & Negotiation

Deliver strong product pitches showcasing marketplace value and distribution benefits.

Negotiate on commercials and close the deal.

3. Pipeline & Relationship Management

Maintain an updated weekly pipeline with accurate stages, notes, and timelines.

Work with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Product) to accelerate contract and onboarding processes.

Ensure smooth handover of signed partners to onboarding and operations for go-live.
