Job Description Job Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to take ownership of building and managing relationships with B2B agents and partner organizations. Someone who has previously worked in sales field with good result of making partnerships or Tie-ups .The role involves identifying potential agents, onboarding them into our network, and nurturing long-term partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and approach potential B2B agents, consultants, and channel partners in target markets. Visiting Colleges and Educational Institutes and make tie ups with them. Frequently traveling to connect with B2B agents , Consultants and channel partners all around the state. Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with agents and ensure consistent business inflow. Explaining potential agents about our services, our USP's and ganing their Trust in working with us Act as the primary point of contact for agents, addressing their needs, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure agents are well-supported and motivated. Track agent performance, analyze data, and generate reports on business generated through the B2B channel. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B partnerships, channel sales, or agent management (minimum 24 years). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset. Familiarity with sales reporting, and market research.
