We're Hiring – Sales Executive (Pumps & Heat Pump Division)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Company: Rotanik Engineering Solutions
Rotanik Engineering Solutions, an authorized channel partner of Grundfos and Havells Heat Pumps, is inviting dynamic and goal-oriented candidates to join our Sales Team. We specialize in industrial, residential and commercial pumping solutions and energy-efficient heat pump systems.
Product Portfolio:
Grundfos – Domestic & Residential Building Pumps
Grundfos – Water Boosting & Water Transfer Solutions
Havells – Domestic & Commercial Heat Pumps
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth across assigned territory for domestic pump and heat pump segment.
Develop strong dealer, builder, and consultant networks
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads to orders
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
Coordinate with internal team for order execution and customer support
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM data and prepare sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience in pump industry / HVAC / building services / plumbing products / water solutions preferred
Qualification: Diploma/Graduate (Mechanical/Electrical background preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven & willing to travel
Freshers with strong passion for sales may also apply.
