Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Bhubaneswar. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting site visits, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks involve collaborating with the engineering and project management teams to ensure client requirements are met, providing technical support, and staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Technical knowledge of steel buildings, fabrication, and erection processes
  • Ability to prepare and present proposals and conduct site visits
  • Negotiation skills and experience with contract management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the construction or pre-engineered buildings industry is a plus
