Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring) position located in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process. The role requires handling large-scale hiring initiatives efficiently and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment databases and regularly reporting on recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Experience in Education and Mathematics is beneficial
  • Assistant Teaching skills and experience working with children
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
