Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic team member to support our Tendering and Bidding team for Numerical

Protection Relays and related electrical products. The role involves assisting in preparation of technical

and commercial offers, replying to technical and commercial queries, business support documentation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate submission of offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle tender documents and identifying technical and commercial requirements.
  • Preparation of technical compliance sheets for numerical relays and related products.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and sales teams for collecting technical data, drawings, and product specifications.
  • Prepare and organize bid documents, BOQs, and pricing sheets under supervision.
  • Monitoring opportunities of tenders globally.
  • Support in pre-bid queries, clarifications, and documentation control.
  • Maintain records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and outcomes for reporting.
  • Perform basic market research on competitors and pricing trends in the relay industry.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of electrical protection systems and numerical relays.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in numerical relays documentation & Bidding.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings (preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
