Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Tender Backend professional. The role involves managing tender processes, preparing and reviewing tender documentation, ensuring compliance with specifications, coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, and providing support for bid submissions. The role also entails data management, maintaining records of tenders, evaluating results, and assisting in the procurement strategy to secure successful contracts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bid preparation, proposal drafting, and document management
  • Strong analytical and research skills to assess tender requirements and contract terms
  • Proficiency in database management and record-keeping systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, including report writing and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards in manufacturing, sourcing, and quality control
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software used for document preparation and data analysis
  • Experience working in industries such as aerospace, military, or manufacturing is a plus
  • Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
