· Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning across sales, service, finance, and customer relations.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets for both new and pre-owned vehicles.

· Manage a team of sales consultants, service advisors, and administrative staff—driving performance, motivation, and training.

· Monitor dealership KPIs such as sales conversion rate, footfall-to-sale ratio, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and revenue per vehicle.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat sales and referrals, ensuring superior customer experience.

· Coordinate with JCB corporate and regional offices for stock allocation, promotional campaigns, and brand compliance.

· Manage inventory control, including vehicle orders, deliveries, and stock aging to optimize working capital.

· Oversee after-sales service operations to ensure timely delivery, quality maintenance, and customer satisfaction.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regional performance to identify new business opportunities.

· Ensure adherence to JCB's operational standards, brand guidelines, and financial compliance requirements.

· Handle escalations and resolve customer grievances promptly to maintain high retention and dealership reputation.

· Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to senior management.

· Lead local marketing initiatives and community engagement programs to enhance brand visibility and dealership footfall.
